Leadership Update

Financial Update:
While the last year has been a challenging one financially, we are grateful to God for his provision. We celebrate this month that 4347 Wilkinson Road is now mortgage free thanks to the extraordinary generosity of SBC’s members. You, the SBC community, have been generous in many ways this past year. However, with the decrease in attendance, the staff and leadership board recognize the need to work diligently to find ways to move forward as a church in a sustainable way. Do pray for the Board and staff during this period.   We will be giving a more detailed financial update at our upcoming General Meeting. 

Search Committee Update:  
We are pleased to announce that the Lead Pastor job description was finalized and posted this past week. Check out the infographic below to see where we are in the search process. As we receive applications, we will begin the interview process with those candidates that meet the qualifications.   Please continue to pray for wisdom and discernment for the Search Committee and for SBC.
