For many, the church seems like a place where everyone is perfect and no one struggles with issues like anger, addiction, depression, anxiety, fear, feeling overwhelmed or other significant mental health issues. Yet the turth is, many Christ-followers struggle with these issues, only they wrestle in silence while they feel that they cannot speak up. It shouldn't be this way. In our series "Unspoken," we are going to speak up and talk frankly about emotions, mental health and the Christian faith.
