December 1 - Please bring completed application, $600 deposit, and a copy of your passport.
January 12 - Please bring next $300 payment.
February 9 - Please bring next $300 payment.
February 22 - Silent Auction. All team members must attend as this is a large fundraiser that can raise up to $14,000 for the trip.
March 11 - 6 pm packing meeting. All outstanding funds and documentation are due. Please bring your suitcase and everything you are bringing to Mexico. Please leave extra room for items we are taking on the trip.
